Update on the COVID-19 Vaccine for Homebound Patients

At the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region, we are following guidelines set by the State of Vermont that determine when Vermont residents are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Right now, the vaccine is available to those who are 75 and over.

We urge all eligible Vermonters to sign-up for your vaccine and visit healthvermont.gov/myvaccine for the latest information. If you are unable to do so online, please make an appointment by calling 855.722.7878.
