Nicolette R. Beagle, RN, CHPN, COS-C Hospice Clinical Manager and Alexandra Sands, RN Hospice are recipients of the 2019 Betsy Gardner Scholarship, an initiative of the Madison-Deane Education fund that provides educational funding for hospice and palliative care nurses.

VNAHSR CEO Sara King Announces Retirement

Sara King, CEO of the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) announced her plans to retire after more than 23 years of leadership with the agency. King began with VNAHSR as its Chief Financial Officer, added the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer in 2016, and promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2021.[…]
