RUTLAND, VT (February 23, 2021) – The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region welcomes Jessica M. Fredette as the agency’s Human Resources Director. Fredette joins the agency with 11 years of experience and will oversee human resources operations for the entire organization.
“There is no doubt these are challenging times for all healthcare organizations and outstanding leadership skills are needed now more than ever,” said Ron Cioffi, RN, and CEO of the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR). “We are pleased to have Ms. Fredette join the agency and our leadership team.”
In her role, Fredette will oversee the staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations activities for one of the largest home health and hospice agencies in the state. Also, Fredette will be responsible for employee engagement and retention across Bennington and Rutland Counties.
Fredette received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Castleton University and a Master of Science degree in human resource management from Capella University. She has extensive experience in administration processes, employee relations, and leading cultural change.
Before joining the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region, Fredette held leadership positions at organizations throughout the region, most recently as Human Resources Director at Mack Molding Company in Arlington, VT.
