Join us for a great day of GOLF in support of Hospice Care.
Join Table 24 at Rutland Country Club in Rutland, VT for our annual Charity Golf Tournament. It will be a great day of golf with friends as we raise funds for the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region’s Life’s Journey Campaign—a critical fundraising campaign in support of an expansion of our facilities that will help us meet the needs of the unprecedented growth of our Hospice Program.
The Table 24 Golf Tournament is a fun, relaxed Captain & Crew/Scramble format and golfers of all ability levels are encouraged to play. If you don’t have a team, but would like to play, sign-up and we’ll be sure to match you with a great crew.
