Clinical Employee of the Quarter
Janelle Cummings, Physical Therapist
Clinical Employee of the Quarter, Janelle Cummings, Physical Therapist, is a four-year employee of VNAHSR and was honored for patient advocacy. In her nomination Janelle was praise for using her skills, intuition, and persistence ensuring that her patient received the care he needed, “Your assessment skills were spot-on…and you kept standing up for your patient,” wrote Jamie Belchak, PT and Clinical Manager. “Because of your high acuity and persistence, the patient is now ultimately getting the care he needs.”
Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter
Marc Miele, Marketing Coordinator
Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter, Marc Miele, Marketing Coordinator, is a three-year employee of VNAHSR and was honored for his commitment to teamwork and supporting the work of the philanthropy department. In his nomination Marc was praised for his willingness to go above and beyond for the greater good of the organization. “Great team players do not have big egos and Marc does not look for recognition,” wrote Bernadette Robin, Marketing Director. “Marc is simply concerned about the end result, that is, an event that is memorable and of utmost quality.”
