VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Recognizes Employees of the Quarter

RUTLAND, VT (July 31, 2019)–The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) named Marty Locsin, Physical Therapist as the Clinical Employee of the Quarter and Shannon Muscatello, Referral Specialist as the Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter.

Employees of the Quarter are selected from nominations submitted by colleagues and acknowledge employees who go above and beyond their regular job duties and best reflect the agency values of honesty, excellence, accountability, teamwork, leadership and helpfulness.

Clinical Employee of the Quarter, Marty Locsin, a Physical Therapist was honored for his exceptional patient care. In his nomination Marty was praised by his patients for his warm caring attitude and for his excellent clinical outcomes. “Marty is an outstanding member of the therapy team,” said Jamie Belchak, PT and Clinical Manager. “His patients often note his great attitude, his depth of knowledge and his listening skills.”

Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter, Shannon Muscatello, a Referral Specialist in the Intake Department was honored for her commitment to quality and for her integrity. “Shannon exemplifies customer service,” said Bernadette Robin, Director of Marketing and Business Development. “She works seamlessly with our referring partners, clinical staff and the Intake team. Her personal work ethic makes a real difference in the quality of the work we do.”
