Clinical Employee of the Quarter, Brian Fleming, PT was honored for his commitment to excellence and attention to detail in managing patient care. A patient wrote, “Words cannot describe how excellent Brian Fleming is as a physical therapist but I’ll try. I look forward to every visit from him. He is knowledgeable, even-tempered, inspirational, personable, supportive, personable, supportive, and has an unwavering dedication to generating positive physical therapeutic results grounded in empirical evidence. I hope I’m never injured or need post-op again but he’d be the first PT I’d contact.”

Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter Pamela Lancour was recognized for helpfulness and teamwork. In her nomination Lancour was praised for being the definition of a team player and for her excellence.

Pam has stepped up and jumped in quickly to a new temporary role in medical records and has been doing an excellent job! She had limited training and is now training a new employee, working through outstanding work, and helping to develop new processes to promote efficiencies and timely turnaround of orders. Thank you Pam for a job well done!”

"Brian and Pam persevered through all the challenges to provide excellent service to our patients and each other.”

“Brian and Pam exemplify the values that are the hallmark of the VNA,” said Jessica Fredette, Director of Human Resources. “All employees, no matter what their role here have an opportunity to have a positive impact on the patients and services we provide. We are honored that these outstanding employees join us in our mission of serving our community.”
