VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Recognizes Employees of the Quarter

RUTLAND, VT (October 5, 2020) – The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) named Sharon Davis and Jenifer Dufresne as the Non-Clinical Employees of the Quarter and Celina Fuller, Speech Language Pathologist as the Clinical Employee of the Quarter.

Employees of the Quarter are selected from nominations submitted by colleagues and acknowledge employees who go above and beyond their regular job duties and best reflect the agency values of honesty, excellence, accountability, teamwork, leadership, and helpfulness.

Sharon Davis, Utilization Review Specialist and Jenifer Dufresne, Medical Records Coordinator were honored for their helpfulness and their accountability to the agency after cleaning up the parking lot when a bear accessed the dumpster and covered the parking lot with trash.

Celina Fuller, a Speech-Language Pathologist, was recognized for her excellent clinical care by a patient for “going above and beyond in taking COVID precautions ” to protect her compromised daughter. “My daughter and I cannot express how thoughtful and professional this is and how thankful we both are,” wrote the patient’s mother. “It is amazing the steps Celine takes to care (for) and protect her clients.”

“Sharon, Jenifer, and Celina exemplify the values and service standards that are the hallmark of our organization,” said Harry Snyder, Human Resources Director. “We are honored to recognize these exceptional individuals.”
