Sarah Ross has been named Manager of the Choices for Care program at the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR), one of the largest home health and hospice providers in the State.
Ross brings with her a wealth of knowledge about Choices for Care, having worked in various roles within the program throughout her career. Most recently, she held the position of Case Manager at VNAHSR, where she developed a deep understanding of the program and its goal of helping Vermonters who need assistance to stay independent in their homes.
