VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Names New Clinical Managers

RUTLAND, VT (April 2, 2021)–The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region named Lyane Adam-Murnaghan, PT, CLT, COQS as Clinical Manager in the Bennington office and Scott Tommola, MSPT as Clinical Manager in the Rutland office.  Adam-Murnaghan and Tommola are responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient clinical services

Lyane Adam-Murnaghan, PT, CLT, COQS, Clinical Manager at VNA & Hospice in Bennington

Prior to joining the VNA & Hospice, Adam-Murnaghan worked at the Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire. She received her degree from the University of Ottawa, Canada with a B.Sc in Physiotherapy.

Scott Tommola, MSPT, Clinical Manager VNA & Hospice in Rutland

Tommola has worked at the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region as a Physical Therapist since 2016. He received his undergrad degree in Clinical Science at Ithaca College and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College.
