The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region, (VNAHSR), one of the state’s largest providers of skilled home health and hospice services, is proud to announce the recognition of two exceptional employees of the quarter, Francetta Tice, RN, as Clinical Employee of the Quarter and Angela Whitehead, Case Manager as Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter.

Employees of the Quarter are selected from nominations submitted by peers and acknowledge employees who go above and beyond their typical job duties and best reflect the agency values of honesty, excellence, accountability, teamwork, leadership, and helpfulness.

Clinical Employee of the Quarter

Clinical Employee of the Quarter Tice was honored for her positive attitude and unmatched compassion for both her co-workers and patients. A team member recently expressed her gratitude for Fran’s disposition and demeanor: “She displays caring in a gentle and genuine manner. She exemplifies comprehensive holistic care with those who are so compromised and in situations that are difficult with end-of-life or difficult prognosis. She is always willing to help her team in a time of need and maintains a positive/caring attitude.”

Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter

Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter Whitehead was recognized for her teamwork. “Angela always demonstrates teamwork and excellence in everything she does. She always has compassion for her team and the clients she provides services for. She always works hard to brainstorm how to get all patients’ needs met.”
