VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Announces Employees of the Quarter

The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region, (VNAHSR), one of the state’s largest providers of skilled home health and hospice services, recognized Richard (Rich) Marantz, RN, a Hospice nurse as Clinical Employee of the Quarter and Sharon Cseh, Executive Assistant as Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter.

Employees of the Quarter are selected from nominations submitted by peers and acknowledge employees who go above and beyond their typical job duties and best reflect the agency values of honesty, excellence, accountability, teamwork, leadership, and helpfulness.

Sharon Cseh

Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter Sharon Cseh was recognized for helpfulness and teamwork. In her nomination Cseh was praised for being helpful to all team members.

Sharon helps me daily…her door is always open and she reiterates that I am never bothering her. She is always kind, friendly and willing to help in any way she can.”

Another team member wrote, “She is always so warm and inviting and willing to help. We are so lucky to have her and all her awesomeness.”

Richard Marantz, RN

Clinical Employee of the Quarter, Rich Marantz was honored for his commitment to excellence and quality patient care.

A patient wrote, “He was welcoming and easy to talk to…listened to my worries and re-assured me when I had doubts. He has a calming nature about him that is a wonderful quality as a nurse. He is the kind of nurse anyone would want.”
