Meet Lisa and Nate, owners of Marble Valley Kitchen & Catering in Rutland and one of our participating Dinners With Love restaurants in Rutland County. The program partners with local restaurants to provide free meals to VNAHSR Hospice patients and their families.
“When we were approached to participate in the Dinners with Love program, it was an easy yes. Food is our love language. We are grateful that folks in our community who are facing the unknown can have a delicious meal delivered to them, which might bring a bit of comfort and joy.”
“We aren’t from around here, so our elderly relatives have been helped by other VNAs in New Jersey and elsewhere. We personally know several visiting nurses, and find them to have the biggest hearts. We both love supporting organizations that take care of our community members.”
