Our physical therapists will partner with you and collaborate with your care providers to fully understand your situation and help you regain your strength, balance and abilities, to return you to the life you love.

Our Location

The fully-accessible VNA Outpatient Therapy Clinic is located at our Manchester office at 5468 Main Street in Manchester, VT. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm. The facility includes an open gym with quality fitness equipment, parallel bars, and other therapeutic apparatus designed to help users gain strength, improve balance, and increase mobility and range of motion.

Payment & Insurance

We gladly accept Medicaid, Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield with new providers being added. For specific questions, please call us at 802.362.6525.
